The Leiden & Leiden Story
Terrance P. Leiden started our firm in 1973 at its present location at 330 Telfair Street in downtown Augusta. Terry has since been recognized statewide as one of the Elite Bankruptcy Attorneys by Georgia Trend Magazine. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia in 1972; the United States Court of Appeals in 1975; and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1992.
The Augusta firm later became known as Leiden and Leiden P.C. in 2000, when Zane Leiden joined as partner in the firm.
Zane Leiden is a member of the Augusta Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the bankruptcy section of the State Bar of Georgia. has been recognized statewide as one of the Elite Bankruptcy Attorneys by Georgia Trend Magazine and voted Augusta Metro’s Best Attorney in 2010.
After 50 years, our office remains in the same location on Telfair Street. Our team strives to provide the same competent, courteous and considerate representation of our clients we always have since we opened our doors.
