At Leiden and Leiden, P.C., we are always trying to improve methods of communication between our firm and prospective clients. As of May 25, 2020, we will debut our online intake form on our website. We do expect that we will have to make some adjustments and improvements over time, in order to maximize its effectiveness and user-friendliness. We expect that the ability to fill out this information in the convenience of one’s own home will minimize the amount of time that a consultation would require, whether over the phone or in person depending upon the circumstances.
All of the information submitted on this form is encrypted and maintained in confidentiality as required by the rules of the State Bar of Georgia. Completing this form and submitting it to our office does not create any obligation for the prospective client or our firm. If it is determined that bankruptcy is an option, specific terms of representation will be discussed. Under the Bankruptcy Code, representation of an individual in a bankruptcy case can only commence once a signed agreement is executed between both parties.
There are no “right” or “wrong” answers, as our online intake form is simply a foundation for a fruitful consultation. Feel free to add any notes or comments regarding your questions or concerns with respect to certain entries. An eventual bankruptcy filing, if necessary, would require other information which our firm would specify. We hope that you will find this tool useful and we welcome any feedback or suggestions that you may have which would improve this process.
